SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS:
HAeLO app is free to download, and will automatically renew to a monthly/half yearly subscription, for ongoing use of Silver/Gold access features. The app require a subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis. Customers who authorize a monthly or half yearly subscription are eligible for a trial period till 29th Feb 2024. The subscription cost is Rs 99 INR/month (Silver plan) or Rs 149 INR/month (Gold plan). The subscription cost for half yearly plan is Rs 499 INR/ 6 months (Silver plan) or Rs 699 INR/6 months (Gold plan). The Silver plan provides access to the causelist elements only, while the Gold plan provides access to all the case related features also.
Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your iTunes account will be charged for each new payment period within 24 hours of current subscription’s expiration. Subscriptions may be managed by the user & auto-renewal may be turned off in the user’s Account Settings after purchase. You can disable automatic renewal via iTunes account settings at any time.
If required by Government of India or similar constitutional bodies, we would be sharing your personal information to the extent being demanded.
We use a combination of encryption techniques and authentication procedures, among others, to maintain the security of your online session and to protect HAeLO application accounts and systems from unauthorized access. When you register for the Service, HAeLO application requires a password/OTP from you for your privacy and security.
Our databases are protected from general employee access both physically and logically. All backup drives and tapes also are encrypted. No employee may put any sensitive content on any insecure machine (i.e., nothing can be taken from the database and put on an insecure laptop).
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Login ID and Password. You may not provide these credentials to any third party. If you believe that they have been stolen or been made known to others, you must contact us immediately at haeloapp@gmail.com, but in any event you should change your password immediately.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this privacy policy frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
